Altar Servers Parish Office at 399-5713 Young people from fourth grade through high school serve at liturgy on the weekends and special feasts, assisting the priest at mass.
Art and Liturgical Environment Ministry Sue Hartman at 399-5250 This ministry provides decorative and artistic settings for each of our liturgical seasons.
Bakers' List  Bunny Hennessey at 877-5996 An email/telephone list of men/women who can provide a baked good or snack for a particular event. Please call Bunny to add your name to her list.
Bereavement  Bob Gering at 885-9586 Supports family after death of a loved one, before and during funeral service, post telephone calls, etc.
Bible Study  Diane Simpson at 399-9322 Members of the parish community meet Monday morning from 9:30-11:00 am, except July/August, to study Scripture and reflect on its meaning in their lives. All are welcome.
Buildings + Grounds Parish Office at 399-5713 Advisers about repairs and upkeep of our buildings and property. These volunteers sometimes actually do the work themselves if they have the time and expertise.
Busy Hooks + Needles Sandy Wedge at 399-5351 A group of women meet each Wednesday from 9:30 am to noon to knit, crochet, sew, etc. items for infants and adults. Items are given to places of need.
Children's Liturgy  Roberta Quinn at 384-0109 x2 Children's Liturgy Catechists proclaim the Sunday scripture readings to children ages 4-5th grade. Catechists determine their schedule.
City Mission Hot Meal Program  Chris Morrow at 306-4106  Parishioners meet at the City Mission of Schenectady once a month to serve a hot dinner meal.
Coffee Sales  Liz Marcinko at 583-4814 Each Month free trade coffee is available for sale, Proceeds benefit a parish in Guatemala. This is part of our social justice ministry.
Cursillo  Barry Lupe  Described as a “short course in Christianity”, it provides a method for living the fully Christian life, discovering your personal vocation, promoting core groups which leaven their environment with the Gospel.
Hospitality Parish Office at 399-5713  After-Mass gathering once or twice a month. Need help with setup, purchase of goodies and cleanup.
Knights of Columbus  Grand Knight Bob Burns  Council 6862 of this fraternal order of Catholic men meet monthly at Our Lady of Grace. They provide a variety of services to the parish including preparing and serving special breakfasts and donating their time to help in repairs of the facility.
Lectors  Mary Jane Baumback at 577-0794 Lectors serve as readers at our Eucharistic liturgies to proclaim the first two Scripture readings and the intentions of the Prayers of the Faithful (when the deacon is not present).
Liturgy Committee Parish Office at 399-5713 A committee that looks at theme and materials to enhance the worship life of the community.

Newsletter (Our Christian Walk)  Janet Troidle at 399-3861 The quarterly newsletter provides opportunities for staff and parishioners to write articles about their “Walk with God”, current and upcoming events, etc. We seek your input and ideas.
Pastoral Council Parish Office at 399-5713 This group of parishioners serve as a sounding board for the Parish Life Director, to assist her in determining how to enhance the spiritual life of the parish. Members are chosen by discernment each fall with approximately one third of the council members being chosen.
Eucharistic Ministers  Pat Parker at 882-9099 Parishioners assist the priest and deacon at Mass distributing the Sacred Body and Blood of the Lord at communion time.
Evangelization Committee Parish Office at 399-5713 This team works to spread the Goods News within the parish and welcome others to join us. A major part of our work includes Inviting Catholics back to the church.
Faith Formation Roberta Quinn at 384-0109 x2 Faith formation includes catechesis for children grades K-5, Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults, Adult Formation and Sacramental preparation.
Finance Committee  Phil Salm at 882-9313 Members of this committee are appointed by the Parish Life Director to assist in preparing the annual parish budget, reviewing financial items that affect the church and prepare final year-end budget reports for the diocese.
Fundraising Committee Parish Office at 399-5713 This committee tries to create fun ways for the parishioners to give a little extra to the operating budget of the church.
Greeters  Sharon Olshefsky at 384-0480 Can you extend a smile and music program to parishioners just prior to the Mass you attend? We need you!
Helping Hands  Mary Ellen Hickey at 399-5031 This social justice ministry provides assistance to the needy during the year and at holiday time with food baskets and Christmas gifts that are donated by parishioners.
Homebound Ministry Parish Office at 399-5713 Visitation to the sick, homebound and those in hospitals is provided by the parish through parish visitors. This is an important outreach ministry to those who cannot worship with us on a regular basis due to illness, etc.
Hospitality Ministry Parish Office at 399-5713 Our goal is to welcome parishioners and visitors, to facilitate emotional and relational connections within our church family, with the long term goal of always “growing” our community in God’s love.
Name Tag Sunday  Joyce Boice at 885-7878 Providing an opportunity for parishioners to get to know one another and socialize after liturgy.
Prayer Shawl Ministry  Marcia Lupe at 399-5751 A group of women gather each Tuesday evening from 7:30 to 9 p.m. to knit prayer shawls that are given to various persons who are in need of prayer.
Regional Food Bank Mary Salm at 882-9313 Once a month visit to help with sorting of donations.
Residents Encounter Christ  Barry Lupe at 399-5751 It is the mission of REC to serve the Lord within our diocese by encouraging the prison inmate population to become more active Christians during and after incarceration. Service is done through an intense three-day program and timely follow-up meetings. The major theme for the experience is: to know, love and serve the Lord and to die  to self, to rise again in the Lord, and to go forth together.
Salvation Army Soup Kitchen Mary Jane McNamara at 885-6531 Parishioners gather each month to prepare a meal that is delivered and served at the Schenectady Soup Kitchen.
Schenectady Inner City Mission  Parish Office at 399-5713 SICM is an ecumenical partnership of 58 congregations founded for the ministries of social service and social justice. OLG supports SICM with monthly food drives, by participating in the CROP Hunger Walk in May and for a week in July, serving children in the SICM Summer Lunch Program in Schenectady.
Ushers Parish Office at 399-5713 These volunteers are responsible for gathering the offering of the faithful at each of our Eucharistic liturgies, seating parishioners as needed, assuring that everything is in place for liturgy.
